- For Mushroom Sauce:
- 1.5 pounds white mushrooms
- 3/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Step One
To prepare the carrot patties, first, peel and grate the carrots. Then, in a large bowl, mix the grated carrots, eggs, flour, fresh dill, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
