What You’ll Need

  • 2 cans of vegetarian tuna replacement (like Loma Linda Tuno)
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 6 sheets of roasted seaweed (nori)
  • 1 medium cucumber, cut into thin slices
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into thin matchsticks
  • 6 pieces of pickled radish strips

Method

Step One
