What You’ll Need

  • 1 medium-sized head of cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons of celery seeds
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

Method

Step One

First, prepare all the ingredients. Shred the cabbage, mince the garlic, dice the onion and julienne the carrots. Set these aside for later.

Step Two
