  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups of fresh watermelon, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Step One
