  • 4 elephant ears pears
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups of mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 6 individual salad servings

Method

Step One

Start by thoroughly washing the 2 cups of fresh arrowheads and the 4 elephant ears pears. Slice the pears into thin strips or any desired shape.

Step Two

Proceed to prepare the fruit. Wash the mixed berries likewise and set them aside. You can choose to half or quarter strawberries if they are large.

Step Three
