What You’ll Need
- 6 Cannas Flowers
- 1.5 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of orange zest
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Method
Step One
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is preheating, prep the Cannas flowers by washing them and removing the stems. Set aside for later.
Step Two
In a large bowl, mix together the mixed berries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, orange zest, and orange juice. Once combined, gently fold in the prepared Cannas flowers. Spoon this mixture into a baking pan and set aside.
