What You’ll Need
- 2 cups fresh or frozen barberries
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mint leaves for garnishing

Step One
Start by washing 2 cups of barberries thoroughly. If you are using frozen barberries, allow them to thaw at room temperature before use.
Step Two
Peel the 4 ripe bananas and cut them into chunks. This will make them easier to blend.
Step Three
Now it’s time to blend! Add the bananas, thawed or fresh barberries, 4 cups of almond milk, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 cups of ice cubes and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract into your blender.
