What You’ll Need
- 1 lb of crispy bacon, chopped
- 6 ears of fresh corn or 5 cups of frozen corn
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Method
Step One
