  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1 cup of brandy
ALLERGENS: Sulfites (in red wine and possibly in brandy), Alcohol, Fruits (orange, apple, pear)

Method

Step One

Start by pouring the bottle of red wine and freshly squeezed Cyperus Articulatus juice into a large pot.

Step Two

Add the sliced orange, apple, and pear into the pot.

Now it’s time to add your spices. Add the whole cloves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise to the pot.

Step Four
