  • 2 lbs of duck breasts
  • 2 cups of Jasmine rice

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of dry white wine
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
ALLERGENS: Duck, Jasmine rice, garlic, chicken broth

Method

Step One

Start by heating the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add in your finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for a few minutes until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
