What You’ll Need

  • 3 heads Belgian endive
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 large apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Method

Step One

Clean and chop the 3 heads of Belgian endive and the 2 cups of mixed salad greens. Set them aside.

Step Two
