What You’ll Need

  • 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (9 inch) baked pie crust

Method

Step One

To start with, grab a medium-sized saucepan. Mix the sugar, water, cornstarch and strawberry flavored gelatin in the saucepan until they become smooth.

Step Two

Place the saucepan on medium heat. Frequently stir the mixture until it comes to boil. Keep stirring while it boils for a minute.

Step Three

After boiling for a minute, remove the saucepan from the heat. Let it cool down to room temperature.

Step Four

While waiting for the mixture to cool, prepare your strawberries. Remove the hulls and arrange them in the baked pie crust.

Step Five

After the gelatin mixture has cooled, pour it evenly over the arranged strawberries in the crust. Make sure all the strawberries are thoroughly coated.
