What You’ll Need

  • 1 pound of boneless pork loin, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup of peanut oil
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water

Method

Step One

Firstly, you will start by cutting the pork loin into thin strips.
