What You’ll Need
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, diced
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas, strings removed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step One
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the diced garlic and minced ginger. Sauté them until they become fragrant but be careful not to burn them.
