  • 1 packet of instant yeast

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup of dried currants or raisins
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh orange zest
  • For the cross paste: 2 tablespoons of gluten-free flour and 2 tablespoons of water

Method

Step One


In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of gluten-free all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of almond flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 packet of instant yeast, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg. Mix all the ingredients until they are well blended.

Step Two
