What You’ll Need

  • 6 pieces of white fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 6 lime slices for garnish

Method

Step One

Preheat your grill to medium high heat.

Step Two

In a bowl combine olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir these ingredients well to combine and create your marinade.
