What You’ll Need

  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup of fresh mint, chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of capers, rinsed and drained

Method
