What You’ll Need

  • 6 pieces of Salmon fillet (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Dried Persian Hogweed (Golpar)
  • 1 cup of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup of Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup of Honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Grated Lemon Zest
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves of Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup of Fresh Dill (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard

Method

Step One


Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure it’s nice and hot before you put your salmon on.

While your grill is heating, take the 6 salmon fillets and brush them lightly with the olive oil on both sides. This will help prevent them from sticking to your grill.
