What You’ll Need

  • 6 cups of marinated beef cubes
  • 3 medium-sized torpedo onions, cut into chunks

  • 12 wooden or metal skewers

Method

Step One


In a mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of honey, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 a teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
