What You’ll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh guava pulp
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
