What You’ll Need

  • 3 cups Fresh wheatgrass juice
  • 3 Large ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cups Ice cubes
  • 6 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)

Method

Step One

Begin by ensuring that all your ingredients are ready. Measure out 3 cups of fresh wheatgrass juice, 3 large ripe bananas, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 3 tablespoons of honey, 3 cups of ice cubes, 6 tablespoons of chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (if desired).

Step Two

Peel your bananas and add them to your blender. Follow this by adding the 3 cups of fresh wheatgrass juice.

Step Three

Next, you should add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk to the blender. This will provide a creamy and smooth texture to your smoothie.

Step Four
