What You’ll Need

  • 4 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots

  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Method

Step One

Start with preparing the vegetables and the apple. Shred 4 cups of cabbage and 1 cup of carrots. Furthermore, core and thinly slice 1 apple.
