What You’ll Need
- 6 salmon fillets (around 6 ounces each)
- 2 large lemons (for zesting and thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bunch of fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 6 parchment paper sheets
Method
Step One
Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
