What You’ll Need

  • 3 lbs of chicken (bone-in and skin-on)
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon myrtle, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Method

Step One

Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. While this is heating, prepare your chicken by washing and patting it dry.
