What You’ll Need

  • 3 cups fresh Loganberries
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 sprigs fresh mint for garnish

Method

Step One

Start by washing the Loganberries in clean water. Ensure that all the berries are clean and no impurities remain, as this could affect the taste of the smoothie.

Step Two

Into your blender, add the 3 cups of fresh Loganberries, followed by 2 cups of ice to give the smoothie a cool and refreshing texture.

Step Three

Continue by adding the 1 1/2 cups of almond milk into the blender. This will add a nutty and creamy texture to your smoothie.

Step Four

Add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt to the blender. The Greek yogurt will add protein to your smoothie and will also help to balance out the flavor of the Loganberries and almond milk.
