- 4 cups masa harina (corn flour)
- 2 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 cups grated quesillo cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped loroco flowers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- For serving: salsa and curtido (Salvadoran cabbage slaw)
Method
Step One
