What You’ll Need

  • 5 cups of mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1 fresh apple, cored and diced
  • 1 ripe pear, cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • For White Mustard Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
ALLERGENS: walnuts, feta cheese, Dijon mustard

Method

Step One


Begin by washing and thoroughly drying the mixed salad greens. Add them to a large salad bowl.

Step Two


Next, prepare your fruits. Wash your strawberries, blueberries, apple, and pear. Hull and slice your strawberries, and add them to the salad bowl. Add the blueberries to the bowl. Core and dice your apple and pear, then add them to the bowl.

Step Three


Now that your fruits are prepared, add your dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese to the salad bowl. Gently toss everything together to combine.

Step Four


Now, it’s time to make the White Mustard Dressing. To a separate bowl, add the white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic clove, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir or whisk these ingredients together until well blended.
