What You’ll Need
- 4 lbs fresh mussels
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 baguettes, for serving
Method
