What You’ll Need
- 1 large head of cauliflower (about 2 pounds)

- 1 tablespoon of turmeric

- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish
- 6 lemon wedges, for serving
Method
Step One
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Wash your cauliflower thoroughly and chop it into florets.
Step Two
