- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 2 cans (15 oz each) mixed beans, drained

Method
Step One
Start by heating 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add 2 large chopped onions and 4 minced garlic cloves. Sauté the mixture until the onions become translucent.
Step Two
