What You’ll Need

  • 4 cups fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups passion fruit pulp
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

Step One

Start by prepping your fruits. Wash all fresh mixed berries thoroughly under cold water. Then peel the bananas and slice them into chunks. Finally, scoop out the pulp of the passion fruits until you get around 2 cups full.

Step Two

Toss the mixed berries, banana chunks, and passion fruit pulp in a blender. Blend them until they form a smooth paste without any lump.

Step Three

Add almond milk, Greek yogurt and honey to the fruit paste in the blender. Almond milk will give a dairy-free creamy base to the smoothie, Greek yogurt will add richness and sweetness will be ensured by honey.

Step Four

Now it’s time to mix up everything. Blend the contents until the mixture becomes thoroughly smooth and creamy.

Step Five

Add in the chia seeds and ice cubes to the smoothie mixture. The chia seeds will add a nutritional boost and the ice cubes will contribute to a chilled smoothie.

Step Six

Give a final blend to all the ingredients for a minute or until the ice cubes are crushed completely into the smoothie.

Step Seven
