What You’ll Need
- 3 ripe Pawpaws
- 2 cups of Milk
- 2 cups of Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of Honey
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- 6 Mint leaves for garnishing
Method
Step One
Start by peeling the ripe pawpaws and removing the seeds. Then chop the pawpaws into smaller pieces.
Step Two
Into your blender, add the chopped pawpaws, milk, vanilla yoghurt, honey and vanilla extract.
Step Three
Blend the ingredients until a smooth mixture is attained. Ensure there are no lumps and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step Four
If you want your smoothie to be colder or thicker, you can add some ice cubes into the mix and blend for a few more seconds until the ice is fully crushed and evenly distributed.
Step Five
Pour your smoothie into serving glasses. Garnish each glass with a mint leaf and serve the pawpaw smoothie chilled.
