What You’ll Need

  • 1 bunch of fresh purslane
  • 2 cups of plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes (optional)

Method

Add in the plain yogurt into the bowl containing the garlic and spices. Mix it well until everything is fully integrated.
