What You’ll Need

  • 6 small Star fruits
  • 1/2 cup of Honey
  • 1/4 cup of fresh Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method

Step One

First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). While the oven is heating up, clean your star fruits thoroughly and slice them into 1/2 inch thick star-shaped pieces. Words of caution though, don’t forget to remove the seeds.

Step Two

In a separate mixing bowl, combine your honey with the fresh lemon juice. Stir the mixture until the honey is fully dissolved into the juice. Then whisk in the olive oil and the salt to this mixture, stirring until it is well integrated.
