What You’ll Need

  • 2 cups fresh Shiso leaves
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Ice cubes for serving

Method
