What You’ll Need

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • 1 cup mozuku seaweed, rinsed and drained
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 small cucumber, julienned
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (for dipping)

Method

Step One
