What You’ll Need
- 6 fillets of white fish, each about 6 ounces
- 12 fresh kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
- Zest and juice of 2 fresh limes
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 inch piece of fresh ginger, finely grated
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra lime slices, for serving
Method
Step One
