What You’ll Need

  • 3 large Ridged Gourds
  • 1 cup of watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup of pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup of mango, diced
  • 1 cup of strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
ALLERGENS: Pineapple, mango, strawberries, blueberries, honey, feta cheese

Method

Step One

Start by prepping your fruits. Wash and dice your watermelon, pineapple, mango, and strawberries. Wash your blueberries as well. Place all your diced fruits and blueberries in a bowl.

Step Two

Now, add the lemon juice, lime juice, and honey to your bowl of fruit. Mix them together well, ensuring all the fruit pieces get coated with the juices and honey.

Step Three

Time to handle the ridged gourds. Carefully slice off the top of the Gourds and scoop out the insides. Make sure to leave a thick wall so the gourd stays intact.

Step Four

Once the gourds are empty, it’s time to stuff them. Fill each gourd with the fruit mixture from the bowl, filling them up to the top.

Step Five

After stuffing the gourds, it’s time for the finishing touch. Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves evenly over the fruit-stuffed gourds. Similarly, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over top.

Step Six

Place the stuffed gourds in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. This allows all the flavors to come together beautifully.
