What You’ll Need

  • 24 canned mussels in vinegar
  • 2 heads of lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of pitted black olives
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley
