What You’ll Need
- 2 cups fresh or frozen durian fruit
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 ripe bananas
Method
Step One
Peel the durian fruit and remove its seeds. Do the same with the bananas, peel them and cut into smaller pieces.
Step Two
In your blender, combine the durian fruit and banana pieces. Add the almond milk, greek yogurt, and honey.
Step Three
Blend this mixture on high until it becomes smooth. Do this for about one or two minutes.
Step Four
Add the ice cubes into the blender and blend it again until the ice is completely crushed and mixed well with the fruit.
