  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sauce Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp lime juice
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1/2 tsp chili powder
    • Salt, to taste
  • Spicy Lime Slaw Ingredients:
    • 4 cups shredded cabbage
    • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
    • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
    • 2 tbsp lime juice
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Garnish Ingredients:
    • Fresh lime wedges
    • Fresh cilantro leaves
ALLERGENS: Lobster, mayonnaise

Method

Step One

Heat a large skillet over medium fire. Add olive oil, then lobster meat, chili powder, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir continuously for about 3 to 4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Step Two

Start making the sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, chili powder and salt in a small bowl. Set this aside for later.

Step Three

For the spicy lime slaw, take a large bowl and mix together the shredded cabbage, finely chopped cilantro and jalapeño. Add in lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir everything until the cabbage is fully coated in the dressing.
