  • 2 cups of Galia Melon, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1.5 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of pectin
