What You’ll Need

  • 3 cups of Unsweetened Açaí Puree
  • 1 1/2 cups of Almond Milk
  • 3 Large Bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups of Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries)
  • 6 tablespoons of Honey or Agave
  • 3 cups of Granola
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of Flax Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of Hemp Seeds
ALLERGENS: Almond milk, Granola

Method

Step One

First, place the unsweetened acai puree into a blender. The acai puree should be slightly thawed, but still mostly frozen to maintain a thick consistency for the bowl.

Step Two

Add half of the almond milk (3/4 cup), and the peeled bananas to the blender, reserving one for the topping later.

Step Three

Blend the mixture until well combined. If necessary, add more almond milk to reach a thick, smoothie-like consistency.

Step Four

While the mixture is blending, prepare the mixed berries for the topping. It may include blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. You can keep them raw, or you can opt to slightly mash them for a different texture.

Step Five

Once the acai mixture is done, pour it into bowls. Drizzle each bowl evenly with your choice of honey or agave for a touch of added sweetness. Slice up the remaining banana and arrange it on top of the bowls.

Step Six

Add a layer of granola over the acai mixture and the sweetener. This will add crunchiness to your acai bowl.

Step Seven

Finally, sprinkle each bowl with a mix of chia seeds, flax seeds, and hemp seeds for added nutrition, followed by the mixed berries. Enjoy your nutritious and delicious Açaí Bowl with Berries and Banana!
