ALLERGENS:

Method

Step One

Start by combining the sugar and water in a saucepan. Stir well and bring this mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Keep stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. This will create a simple syrup.

Step Two

Once your simple syrup is ready, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Step Three

While the syrup is cooling, take your Araza fruit pulp and add it to a blender. Pour in the cooled simple syrup, as well as the fresh lemon juice. Blend until everything is smooth and well combined.

Step Four

After blending, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to churn your Araza sorbet. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can also pour the mixture into a deep baking dish and place it in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes until it’s frozen and has a sorbet consistency.

Step Five

Once your Araza sorbet is ready, serve it in bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy this refreshing and exotic treat!
