What You’ll Need
- 3 cups of seedless red or green grapes, frozen
- 2 cups of Coconut milk
- 1 cup of Vanilla yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of Honey or sweetener of choice
- 6 scoops of Vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups of Ice cubes
- 6 sprigs of fresh Mint for garnish (optional)
Method
Step One
Take 3 cups of seedless red or green grapes and place them in the freezer until they are firm. This will make your smoothie more refreshing and rich.
Step Two
In a blender, add 2 cups of Coconut milk, 1 cup of Vanilla yogurt, and 4 tablespoons of Honey or any sweetener of your choice. Blend all these ingredients together until they form a smooth texture.
