What You’ll Need
- 3 cups Grewia Asiatica fruit pulp
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 bananas
- 1.5 cups ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Method
Step One
Start by washing the Grewia Asiatica fruit thoroughly under running water. After that, cut them open and scoop out the pulp. Make sure you have enough to fill up 3 cups.
Step Two
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Set them aside for now.
Step Three
In a blender, add the Grewia Asiatica pulp, banana slices, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Blend it on medium speed until you have a smooth mixture.
Step Four
Add the honey to the blender and blend again. Adjust the sweetness according to your liking, you may add more honey if preferred.
Step Five
Next, add the ice cubes and blend once more. Continue blending until all the ice has been crushed and the smoothie is well mixed.
Step Six
Pour the Grewia Asiatica Smoothie into glasses. If you want, you can garnish the smoothie with a few mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
