What You’ll Need

  • 3 ripe Mangos, peeled, pitted and finely diced
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Method

Step One

Start by peeling, pitting and finely dicing your ripe mangoes. This will be the main ingredient of your salsa, so make sure they are perfectly ripe.

Step Two

Move on to your red bell pepper. You’ll want to remove the core and seeds, then finely chop it. Do the same with your red onion, ensuring you have a fine chop to mix well with the other ingredients.

Step Three

Take your fresh cilantro leaves and chop them finely as well. Cilantro can have a strong taste, so if you aren’t a fan, you can adjust the amount to your liking.
