What You’ll Need

  • 3 large ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 2 cups of low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups of skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 6 sprigs of fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Method

Step One

Start by preparing the mangos. Peel them carefully, and then pit and chop them into small pieces. You want to get three large ripe mangos ready to go.

Step Two

Take two cups of low-fat vanilla yogurt and add it into a blender.

Step Three

Next, pour in two cups of skim milk into the blender.

Step Four

Sweeten your smoothie by adding two tablespoons of honey into the blender. You can adjust the amount based on your preference for sweetness.

Step Five

Now, add in a cup of ice cubes. This is to make your smoothie cool and refreshing.

Step Six

Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This might take a few minutes to ensure every bit of mango is completely blended.

Step Seven

Pour your smoothie into serving glasses.

Step Eight

As a final touch, garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint. This step is optional. But, the mint can add a refreshing aroma that goes well with the mango.
