What You’ll Need
- 6 cups of Momordica cissoides, cleaned and sliced
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1/3 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- A pinch of sea salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
Method
Step One
Begin by cleaning the Momordica cissoides thoroughly. Once cleaned, slice the Momordica into your desired thickness and set aside.
Step Two
