What You’ll Need

  • 2 ripe Monstera Deliciosa fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 2 ripe Bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup of sliced Strawberries
  • 1 cup of Blueberries
  • 1 cup of Raspberries
  • 2 ripe Kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup of seedless Grapes
  • 1/2 cup of diced Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup of fresh Mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Honey

Method

Step One

Begin by preparing your fruits. For the Monstera Deliciosa fruits, make sure they are fully ripe (they should be soft and fragrant), then peel and slice them. Repeat this process with the bananas and kiwis. Remember to remove the white core from the kiwi.
